What payment methods do you offer?

We offer several payment options to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.

You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX), Klarna, and Swish.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed. However, you can return the products once you have received your delivery. Contact our customer service at info@alliambeauty.com, and we will assist you in the best possible way.

I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact our customer service and we will assist you further.

Can I add a product to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change an order after it has been placed. If you want to add products, you need to place a new order.

How does product subscription work?

When you start a subscription, you pay in advance for the first delivery. After that, the payment is automatically charged according to the chosen subscription frequency (e.g., every 60 days). You can easily manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through Recharge's customer portal.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free. We actively work to be a conscious choice for both people and the environment.

Can I buy fragrance samples of your perfumes?

Unfortunately, we do not sell fragrance samples at the moment. But you can always visit one of our retailers to try our scents.

How can I get information when a sold-out product is back in stock?

You can monitor a sold-out product by clicking "Track product" on the product page. You will then receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.

I want to buy a gift card, how do I do that?

Discounts, offers, and a free gift with purchase

What applies?

Discounts and offers cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers. For offers that include a "free gift," the customer must add the gift to the shopping cart before completing the purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot send gifts afterward if they were not added at the time of order.
